These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WCAGWatch, including the public website, account dashboard, website scans, reports, billing features, and related services.
By using WCAGWatch, creating an account, submitting a URL, starting a scan, generating a report, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WCAGWatch.
WCAGWatch provides automated monitoring for common website accessibility issues, including missing alt text, low contrast, form label problems, empty controls, page structure issues, and common ARIA or markup problems.
WCAGWatch may provide dashboards, issue history, scan summaries, reports, scheduled scans, email notifications, exports, and billing-based plan limits.
WCAGWatch provides product records and workflow support. It does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, or accessibility certification.
Automated scans cover common detectable issues and may not cover every accessibility barrier on a website.
Some accessibility decisions require human judgment, user testing, assistive technology testing, content review, design review, or legal analysis.
Reports and dashboard results are automated findings and maintenance records, not legal certifications, compliance guarantees, lawsuit-prevention guarantees, or complete accessibility audits.
You are responsible for the websites, URLs, settings, ignored paths, account users, and content you submit to WCAGWatch.
You must only scan websites and pages that you own, manage, are authorized to test, or otherwise have permission to evaluate.
You are responsible for reviewing scan results, validating findings, deciding whether fixes are appropriate, and applying changes to your website or systems.
You are responsible for complying with laws, contracts, platform rules, hosting rules, and third-party terms that apply to your websites and use of WCAGWatch.
You may not use WCAGWatch to scan websites without authorization, attack websites, overload servers, bypass security controls, access private areas, scrape restricted data, or interfere with third-party systems.
You may not use WCAGWatch to upload malicious content, submit illegal content, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, billing systems, or scan workers.
WCAGWatch may limit, suspend, or terminate access if usage appears abusive, unauthorized, risky, unlawful, or harmful to the service or others.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and authentication methods used for your WCAGWatch account.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by invited team members, agency users, clients, or other authorized users.
You must notify WCAGWatch if you believe your account, sign-in link, billing access, reports, or saved website data has been accessed without authorization.
Paid plans may include limits for saved websites, scan cadence, page counts, reports, exports, alerts, and other product features.
Billing may be processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan and billing cadence.
Plan features, prices, limits, and billing terms may change over time. Material changes are reflected in the product, checkout flow, billing portal, or updated terms.
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins.
Reports and exports are generated from automated scan data and may include issue summaries, affected pages, severity levels, selectors, screenshots, fix guidance, and scan history.
Reports are product records for website maintenance, internal review, agency workflows, and issue tracking.
You are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them with customers, clients, legal teams, vendors, or third parties.
WCAGWatch may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, monitoring, error logging, storage, security, or other operational needs.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, outages, or security requirements.
WCAGWatch is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
WCAGWatch may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Availability may vary because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, security events, or other operational reasons.
Successful scans depend on public page access, target-site behavior, robots and security controls, crawler limits, and service capacity.
WCAGWatch and its software, branding, design, pages, reports, workflows, and product materials are owned by WCAGWatch or its licensors.
Using WCAGWatch does not transfer ownership of the service, software, branding, templates, or underlying systems to you.
You retain responsibility for and ownership of your own website content, submitted URLs, account information, and business materials.
WCAGWatch is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCAGWatch disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, and complete accessibility compliance detection.
WCAGWatch provides product output, not legal advice, regulatory compliance guarantees, lawsuit-prevention guarantees, or accessibility dispute protection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCAGWatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCAGWatch's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount paid to WCAGWatch for the service during the period allowed by applicable law, or a reasonable minimum amount if no paid subscription exists.
You may stop using WCAGWatch or cancel a paid subscription according to the billing and account tools available in the service.
WCAGWatch may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, unauthorized scanning, or other harmful conduct.
After termination, access to dashboards, saved websites, reports, scan history, or exports may be limited or removed according to retention and operational policies.
WCAGWatch may update these Terms as the service, laws, billing model, product features, or business operations change.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of WCAGWatch after updates means the updated Terms apply.
